At the track , a legend was spotted laying rubber. Yep you guessed him, El' Jeffe. Hanging out with Moonshine and Knuckles, you can hear him giving pointers on shifting and popping the clutch as well as his underground race wins. It is unsure if El' Jeffe will joing the NSDRA.
